Bafta costume design & Make up event Cardiff .

On Thursday i attended a very interesting event held at The Cosy Club Cardiff situated in the St Davids 2 shopping centre Cardiff , organised by the fab St Davids pr team in conjunction with Batfa Cymru.

Before the event i met up with fellow bloggers Laura and Georgia for a cheeky Starbucks and flying visit to the beauty hall of John Lewis where i picked up a another Liz Earle skin tonic boost but more on that another day in my Epic Cardiff Haul post next week .

Greeted with a glass of prosecco and a goody bag, we mingled and were treated to the most gorgeous food and hand massages from the lovely people from Crab tree and Evelyn Cardiff (I have a special  little post on this in the next few weeks) ,  we were then seated  to a wonderful presentation from the producers , costume designers and make artists on the making of their Bafta award wining children's tv show Tatis hotel. An interesting insight into how a television show is made from a producers initial idea , brainstorming with script writers , morphing into a full blown production with costumes being made, actors being cast and the wonderful tips and tricks of a make up artist on set .
